StartApp was created to provide the best monetization platform for app developers. However, there are rules and guidelines to which we must obey while working in the application market ecosystem. The following guidelines apply to any developer that wishes to use our products and services. Please read carefully to make sure your app is within these guidelines and restrictions.
The following content policy applies to the application, links and user generated content within the application. This policy determines the type of apps and content which are forbidden to use the StartApp products and services -
- Sexually Explicit Material
- Violence and Bullying
- Hate Speech
- Impersonation or Deceptive Behavior
- Personal and Confidential Information
- Intellectual Property and copyright infringement
- Illegal Activities
- Gambling
- Malicious Products
StartApp reserves the right to reject any application or developer from using its services. StartApp will terminate the relationship, without prior notice, of any application or developer which breaches these guidelines.
On top of this policy, you are required to read and accept the privacy policy of every app store you upload your application to (first and foremost, the Android Market applications policy), in order to avoid any unwanted issues.
