1. Creative Director (Israel Office):

StartApp is looking for a creative director, media designerand mobile expert with vast experience in creative direction. The position entails spearheading and managing the company’s digital creative work. Hands-on involvement and creative passion in abundance are required, as is the ability to oversee the creative production while keeping the product’s road map in mind.  

Responsibilities:

  • Being in charge of providing insightful input, creative concepts
  • Handling the creative execution of mobile ads.
  • Creating marcom-related material
  • Dealing with on-going projects as website design, landing pages, portals and other online properties.
  • Promoting the publication of innovative and creative ads.
  •  Charting the product’s creative road map.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of at least seven years in graphic design
  • Experience with mobile/internet advertising companies is a sizeable advantage
  • Managerial experience – big plus
  • Technical skills are a must
  • UI/UX mobile designer with extensive background in advertising and web applications.   
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented and has impressive interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to interface with various groups such as R&D developers, designers and marketing personnel, while orchestrating their collaboration. 
  • Fluent in English including strong oral and writing skills.

Specific responsibilities include

  • Research and contact of new leads (mobile app developers and advertisers).

4. Sales & Business Development Intern (based in SF office):

Job Description

 This an opportunity to work with a high growth startup company with international momentum and great technology.  Internship will be for 3 months and may be an opportunity to evolve into a full time position.   You will get hands on sales and business development experience and training.

StartApp is looking for an intern to join the San Francisco office.   We are looking for someone who can help sign up more publishers (app developers) to use our ad platform, as well as advertisers. The ideal candidate would be good at developing business, experienced in reaching out to potential clients, comfortable working with a globally distributed team, passionate to learn, independent, highly efficient and organized, fluent in English (both spoken and written), familiar with internet and mobile trends particularly the mobile app, mobile gaming and mobile advertising ecosystems.

Specific responsibilities include

 Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, social media and in person at conferences, meet-ups and other events

  • Find creative ways to get customer interest, overcome obstacles, and find mutual wins.
  • Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client and build relationships with them.
  • Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Manage a large number of leads and a long sales process.

  • The primary goal:  Sign up publishers and advertisers across Latin America, especially Brazil.
  • Additionally find indirect partners such as agencies to drive traffic and demand.

8. DevOps Developer (Israel Office):

StartApp is looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to join the Operations team to help expand and maintain the company software publishing automation infrastructure and to manage large databases cluster from various kind.

We are looking for a candidate who is smart, energetic, and accountable for his work and who enjoys being part of operation team which is responsible of the company's production system.

The work requires:

  • Develop and integrate production system supporting tools.
  • Lead system integrations between R&D and Operations teams.
  • Work closely with analysts, developers and operations staff
  • Manage a large production environment including various server clusters, databases, BigData system, etc.
  • Monitor the infrastructure and proactively scale as necessary.
  • Evaluate and implement a continuous delivery framework including data center infrastructure, build process and deployment.

Requirements
